Nancy spent the first seven years of her career at SunTrust working as an Operations Officer. Nancy attended the University of Central Florida, where her focus was in business. In 1988, Nancy left SunTrust to pursue a career in accounting. She worked for a local accounting office where she was responsible for corporate and individual bookkeeping and taxes. Nancy is the Senior Paralegal and the head of our Homeowners Association Department. She is primarily responsible for all files relating to homeowners association representation and delinquent assessment litigation by working directly with the homeowners associations, the management companies and the homeowners, as well as all matters related to covenant enforcement violation matters; Nancy also assists in residential closings.
