Q. What is the best way to communicate with your office?

Q. How do I make a payment?

A. Payments can be made online for an additional convenience

Q. What if I cannot pay the full amount?

A. Payment Plans can be requested online: https://orlando-law.com/payment-plan-request/


Q. How does your office know my payment was received?

A. If payment was received prior to date of letter, it will be included in the letter. If it was made after the date of the letter it was sent, deduct that amount from the total and make a payment for the reminding

amount. (As long as letter is still valid.)


Q. What if I don’t agree with the amounts due and owing?

Q. I think all of my payments have not been applied?

Q. How do I cure my property?

A. Violation(s) will be listed in the Presuit Mediation

Letter. Once cured, email an updated photograph to [email protected]


Q. How do I receive approval for my violation?

A. Submit an ARC Application (Architectural Review

Committee) found on your Association’s website or if you unable to locate it, please email [email protected]



Q. What if I need more time to cure my violation?

A. You can email [email protected]

with your request for an extension. (Include your Property Address, File
