PAYMENT PLAN REQUEST – If we have an active file in our office, we will need to review your file, request updated account information from the HOA and prepare a potential payment plan to send to the HOA to review and advise if they will approve. Payment plans are approved/denied by the HOA, not our office – some HOA’s will not approve any payment plans. Please keep in mind that payment plans include all delinquent as well as future charges while on the plan including Assessments, Interest, Late Fees, HOA Collection Costs, Attorney fees and Costs to ensure the file is brought current at the end of the plan. This means, anything that would be due over the next 6-12 months will be included in your payment plan (you only make 1 payment, to our office, until the plan is completed.) Also, please be advised that there are additional attorney fees in the amount of $125.00, to set-up a payment plan, plus a $40 per month monitoring/processing fee. However, please also be advised that the longest payment plan your HOA will consider is up to 12 months (again, not all HOA’s will approve a payment plan). Please allow at least 20 business days to obtain the information needed and receive the approval/denial for the payment plan. **Multiple requests are not necessary – thank you.**
